Polar Bear Run: Keep Calm and Polar Bear On

TU students are invited to take the dive into the TU fountains at the Polar Bear Run this Saturday, December 1 before the C-USA Championship Game at 9:30 a.m.! Bear up or dress down (bare essentials required) during the run as students will compete for prizes, both individually and as a group. Be a part of this traditional championship game day event!
Participants will dash through the Genave King Rogers Fountain on Chapman Commons while competing for prizes based on the best costume. Bear up or dress down
to win! Come out for the TU football team walk at 8:45 and then head over to the Bear Den (located in the northeast corner of Chapman Commons) to get signed up, located at the northeast corner of Chapman Commons. The first 400 students participating will receive official Polar Bear Run long-sleeve blue t-shirt. Hot chocolate will be available after the run in the Bear Den. All participants will need to fill out a waiver prior to the start of the Polar Bear Run.

Prizes:
Individual: All expense paid trip for 2 to TU’s bowl game*
Group: $500 Party at Full Moon Café
*Excludes the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl; in the event TU goes to Hawaii, the winner will receive 2 all-session passes to the Conference USA men’s basketball tournament in Tulsa in March.
