The University of Tulsa Division of Continuing Education Presents
Come and learn the secrets of Italian home cooking, as well as how to pair delectable wines with your Italian creations! Learn hands-on how to prepare typical Italian dishes from scratch with Loredana, including: gnocchi, risotto, ravioli, minestre (soups), scaloppine, chicken marsala, crostate (Italian pies) and “brutti ma buoni” (Italian cookies). After creating and partaking of all these Italian favorites, Devre Jackson will teach you to pair wines to the meals you have mastered.
