TU Uncorked Raises Over $800,000 for Scholarships Since 2004
TU Uncorked welcomed over 500 guests to the Donald W. Reynolds Center on
Friday, June 24 for the 12th annual wine festival. This year’s event
raised a record $100,000 for The University of Tulsa Alumni Association
scholarship fund, bringing the total funds raised for scholarships to
over $800,000 since the event’s inception in 2005. Alumni Association
scholarships are awarded to Tulsa-area students based on financial need
and academic qualifications.
The event featured offerings from local restaurants and wineries, along
with a wine pull and silent and live auctions, featuring items such as a
TU vs. Ohio State Football package, a private dinner at Skelly Mansion
with President Designate Gerard Clancy and an exclusive viewing of the
Bob Dylan Collection. Rustic Cuff, a local fine jewelry boutique owned
and operated by TU Law alumna Jill Donovan, created a custom TU set for
the event, and Kendra Scott Jewelry once again sponsored a popular
jewelry pull, donating 75 pieces of jewelry to the event.
Presenting sponsors and honorary event chairs were Mark ('84) and Cinda
Marra. The event was chaired by Matthew ('10) and Hillary ('13) Hauth.

and wineries who generously donated their offerings to the guests.
