TU Rowing to Compete in the OU Invitational

Come join the Oklahoma City Chapter of the TU Alumni Association on the banks of the Oklahoma River on Friday, March 12 to cheer on the Golden Hurricane women's rowing team at the OU Invitational. The regatta will be at the Exchange Boathouse on the Western Basin of the Oklahoma River. TU will be rowing against the University of Oklahoma and will be taking off at ten minute intervals beginning at 5:20 p.m. Light snacks and drinks will be provided by the Oklahoma City Chapter, so RSVP to let us know you'll be there supporting the TU students.
Look for us at the TU blue tent.
Wear your blue and come yell for TU's crew.
If you cannot make it on Friday, TU competes all weekend, March 12-14, at the times below. The women will compete against the University of Kansas, Creighton, SMU and the University of San Diego.

Free parking will be provided adjacent to the race venue, with overflow parking at the Downtown Airpark.

• Take Western Ave. exit
• Stay right and go straight onto Klein Ave.
• At SW 3rd Street make a diagonal right onto Exchange Ave.
• Follow it over the bridge. Take the first right into the boathouse parking lot.
I–40 from the East:
• Exit 149A Western Ave. Go slow 20 mph as it turns to the right sharply.
• Stay in the right lane and turn right onto Western Ave.
• Under the Highway, stay in the right hand lane and at the Reno Ave intersection; make a diagonal right onto Exchange Ave.
• Follow it over the bridge, and take the first right into the boathouse parking lot.
