Format
Four-Man Best Ball Scramble

Entry Fee
$100 per player or $400 per team of four (includes green fee, golf cart, food, beverages and commemorative gift)

Prizes
Prizes awarded to first, second and third place teams for both the morning and afternoon tee times. Longest drive and closest to the pin for both morning and afternoon. Cars will be awarded to all holes-in-one on Par 3s.

Raffle & Silent Auction
Many great prizes will be raffled at the golf tournament. A silent auction will take place at the 8th Annual All Sports Reception on Friday evening, October 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the ONEOK Club Level of H.A. Chapman Stadium. All Lifetime Lettermen members receive complimentary admission to the All Sports Reception. For other Lettermen and guests, the cost is $20, which includes full buffet, beverages, beer and wine. Entry Deadline – Friday, October 14, 2016
First 25 teams that have entry fee paid in full are guaranteed their preference of tee time.
