Help Recruit Students To TU

Find the Admission Counselor in your area – Forge a connection with the Admission Counselor that serves students in your area. Find your counselor HERE.

Call/text campaigns – Call or text prospective students within your degree program or geographic area to chat about the benefits of a TU education and your experience at TU.

Postcard campaigns – Hand written postcards to admitted students offering a congratulatory message. Postcards and FedEx info to send back to Office of Admission will be provided.

Support or host events – Admitted student receptions (Jan), Meet Your Classmates Mix & Mingle (summer) – Host or help plan these events in your geographic area

Volunteer at college fairs – Work a TU table at a college fair in your area. Answer questions from prospective students and parents about what TU has to offer, distribute materials and collect student information for our database.

Refer students to Office of Admission – Complete the Hurricane Tracker form on the TU Alumni website to refer students for admission. Once submitted, the Office of Admission will contact the student for additional information.

Write a story about unique opportunities that TU afforded you – Write about why you chose TU, benefits of the TU experience and what TU has done for you after graduation. If comfortable, include contact information and employment information for prospective students or parents.
