By completing the form above, I agree that I am over the age of 21 years. I absolve The University of Tulsa and all personnel associated, of any liability related to this event. Should I display public drunkenness, excessive roughhousing, or other such behavior, I understand The University of Tulsa has the authority to revoke my participation in the TU 'Cane Crawl event without refund. I understand my registration fee will not be refunded if I am otherwise not able to attend this event. I, as the subject of photographs/video taken on this date, hereby consent and authorize the use and production of the photographs/videos by The University of Tulsa. These same photographs/video may be used for any purpose including, but not limited to, promotion, advertising and public relations without further compensation or consent. I understand that I am encouraged to drink responsibly and I am encouraged to not drink to excess. I agree not to drive during or after the TU 'Cane Crawl after consuming alcoholic beverages.
