Alumni Engagement Staff Support

The TU Office of Alumni Engagement encourages and supports TU Alumni Network activities. While each network plans and executes its own events, office staff can provide the following:

• Website – Each chapter is given a web page, which includes contact information, news, and upcoming events. Submit any news stories or event information using TUAlumni.com/eventform to post online.
• Invitations/Postcards – We may provide invitations and print materials for your network. Some networks opt to design their own invitations; however we can work with you to design them. Each network has a limited amount of direct mail that we are able to send each year. All information should be submitted eight to ten weeks in advance of the event(s).
• Alumni lists – TU may provide an updated list of alumni in your area and contact information. Because we strive to keep current information on alumni within the University database, we encourage you to request lists each time you communicate with alumni. These lists are to be used for Alumni Association activities only and will only be distributed to official network representatives. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
